I am originally from the United States – the quest for the origins of my instruments brought me to Europe and to Paris.

My work is based on the study of old instruments, icongraphical research, and many delightful hours of listening and talking to musicians.

In 2018, Judith Kraft was named Maître d’Art by the French Minister of Culture.
